Review: Yuletide Redemption

Yuletide Redemption Yuletide Redemption by Jill Kemerer
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book contained a depth that I don't usually find in a Love Inspired book. I found the characters in this novel so well developed and matched that I couldn't put the book down. I loved the things that Sam and Celeste had in common both the good and the bad. And little Parker was so adorable. I really loved reading about his interactions with Sam especially.

I know I'm risking some bad feedback but I felt like this book was a great alternative to another recent book where a young woman was serving as caretaker to a young man. I really liked reading the Christian perspective and also how Sam and Celeste truly helped each other move past difficult times. I know the injuries in the two stories are quite different but I loved the positive spin in this book.

It is so refreshing to read a novel where the two main characters really truly care about each other. Neither is perfect but they both do a great job of putting the other first in a truly Christlike selfless manner. I also liked how they both grew spiritually in this book.

The author and publisher provided me an advanced copy of this book. This review is my own honest opinion
